Golola has been in Nairobi training for his upcoming bout
HE could have lost his last fight to Mate Zsamboki but kick boxer Moses Golola is yet to lose his humor and verbal artillery.
He exhibited this on his return from Nairobi, where he has spent over three months training for his next opponent Betyar Istavan, who he fights on April 19 at Kyadondo rugby ground.
As soon as he stepped out of the arrivals lounge at Entebbe International Airport the mortal mouthed Golola started off from where he stopped, declaring he wasn’t a joking subject.
“I’ve trained a lot following the support I got from my promoter Benon Kasenene (BK Afrobeat Inc. Ltd) and I can proudly say that I have achieved what took me to Nairobi,” Golola stated.
“My performance has improved a lot and my trainers have been impressed with me and I assure my fans that I’m a better fighter than before. I’m pregnant with new skills,” Golola who once claimed he could make a woman pregnant by just looking at her added. Those who have been fighting light weights should know that I’m back and ready to take them on. I’m ripe and reloaded. I had to come back before the ‘worse goes to waste’, “the witty sportsman said before he was led to Kampala in a convoy led by bikers.
He said he had acquired new skills in Muay thai boxing, boxing and kick boxing in order to move to the next level.
“The results in my next fight will not matter because my coach told me he was preparing me for tougher assignments and is impressed with what I have achieved,” Golola added.
The fighter who looked slightly thinner than when he left said he had to work hard in order to impress his fans in his next fight.
