Egypt clashes death toll rises to 28

Egyptian Muslim brotherhood and supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi block the road during clashes with riot police along Ramsis street in downtown Cairo, on October 6, 2013. At least 28 people were killed in clashes between Islamists and police in Egypt, most of them in Cairo, a senior health ministry official said, as thousands of supporters of the military marked the anniversary of the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.
