Man remanded for conning 70 Ugandans over shillings 200m in fake job scam

Court in Kampala has remanded to Luzira Prison the proprietor of Miracle Recruitment Services International Limited, an employment recruitment agency for allegedly conning 70 Ugandans over Shs212 million promising to get them jobs abroad.
Prosecution told Law Development Centre (LDC) Court on Thursday that Evaristo Ayebazibwe started a ‘fake’ unregistered company to fleece unsuspecting Ugandans of their money on promise that he would secure for them jobs abroad.
His arrest came after 70 reports of obtaining money by false pretence were registered at Old Kampala Police Station under vide CRB.628/2018.The proprietor of Miracle Recruitment Services
